Refund Policy

1. Treatments

All treatments at m.skin are provided by a qualified skincare professional. As results may vary from person to person, no refunds are offered for completed treatments.

If you are dissatisfied or experience a concern following your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the issue appropriately.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new booking if proper notice is given.

3. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated.

• Promotional discounts and special offers apply only during the advertised period and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Skincare Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used skincare products.

If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full treatment time; however, this may not always be possible. Treatments shortened due to late arrival will still be charged in full.

6. Courses and Packages

Pre-paid treatment courses or packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another treatment of equal value within m.skin, at our discretion.
